We are glad you have taken the opportunity to explore a new way of connecting with other spirit siblings in our heart-centered community! Having a support system around us while we take the steps to dive further into the mysteries is a cornerstone for success. 
However, if while exploring our Initiate or Mystic level of engagement you decide that you need a break, or if life's taking you on a different path, your memberships may be cancelled at any time by using the Mighty Networks app or website.
To do so, please follow the steps below provided by the Mighty Network team. As a self-empowered being, the responsibility of timely canceling your subscription relies on you ;-) Spirit Mysteries will not offer a refund after passing your payment date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription or Unsubscribe

• You can cancel your member subscription and leave a Mighty Network anytime. To cancel, just log into your network on the web and go to Your Profile > Settings > Subscription. On the next menu you'll see a button that says Change Subscription.
• On the next page, you'll see an option to "Cancel your subscription" below the list of subscription plans on the network. Click on that link and confirm that you do indeed want to cancel, and then your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
• If you have subscribed on iOS through an app. On your iPhone:
• 1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store.
• 2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.
• 3. Scroll to Purchase History and you’ll see your subscription purchase.

With an annual membership, you have decided to invest in yourself and make a sacred commitment. This is ideal, and know that the intention, effort, and energy we put out, will come back to us multiplied.
However, if after purchasing a yearly subscription and you notice that it might not be the right time or fit for you, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
To cancel your annual subscription, please contact [email protected] with the subject “Annual Membership Refund Request”. Make sure to include the email and name you used to subscribe to Mighty Networks, the date of your purchase, and the level of membership you want to cancel.

At this time we do not offer payment plans for courses. Our membership subscriptions can be bought either by monthly or annual installments. 

After moving to Mighty Network, we do not offer the option of pausing your subscription anymore. However, you can jump in again anytime you want by re-subscribing to our current subscriptions offerings! Just check our main Home page to see our current services.

While we absolutely enjoy offering live and recorded courses in hopes that everyone will be able to learn something from them, we understand that sometimes a particular class might not feel like the right fit. Because of this, all of our courses are refundable within the first 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact [email protected] with the subject “Course Refund Request”. Make sure to include the email and name you used to subscribe to Mighty Networks, the date of your purchase, and the name of the course you want to cancel. 

Returns and refunds of the items in our store are possible.  The return must be issued within 7 days upon receiving the order and within 30 days of making the purchase. You will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend you choose shipping with tracking so you can monitor the date of delivery.
Clothing items may only be returned and exchanged for another size.
At the moment, books are non-refundable or returnable, given the nature of our supplier that prints them by demand.

If you wish to cancel your order before the order is processed, you may do so by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject “Cancel Order Request”. Make sure to include the email and name you used to make your purchase, the date of your purchase, the number of your order, and the items you want to cancel.

To ensure you get your item we recommend you choose shipping with a tracking service. We will only resend items that were ensured in this way. If you choose to not get a tracking service, we will not resend the order in the case it is lost during the delivery. 

If your item was ensured with tracking and it did not arrive, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Ensured item did not arrive”.
