This coming Monday, starting at 9PM EST, Members of Team Spirit will be hosting the “7 Day Money Mindset Challenge.”

Here you will be asked to uncover exactly what you are saying to yourself when it comes to:

• Money
• Abundance
• Wealth
• Finances
• Resources

Every day, Starting Monday for seven days your challenge is to follow these 7 simple (yet profound) steps: 

1. Read the daily guidance. This short article is an introduction to the topic, mental block, or limiting belief that you’ll be tackling for the day.
2. Review the prompt, then write a “Before” entry in your journal. Limit yourself to just 3-5 minutes. It may help to jot down impressions, notes in shorthand, or lists of bullet points, rather than writing in full sentences.
3. Watch a video. Each video is about 10 minutes long and goes in-depth into the topic for the day. 
4. Meditate. We’ve created a special guided meditation just for this challenge. It’s designed to help you release limiting beliefs and open up to the unlimited flow of abundance the Universe has to offer. We’ll repeat the same meditation every day, because repetition trains the mind to seek and think in terms of abundance. This is the most important step of the Challenge and where you’ll get the most results! You can repeat this meditation morning and night, as often as you like throughout the day, and beyond the seven days of the Challenge.
5. Review the second journal prompt and write your “After” entry. What insights or emotions came up for you during meditation… and what has changed?
6. Share! We’re all doing this together, so if you like, you're invited to tell the community what you experienced. And, check out what others have said before you. You may be surprised how many people hold similar beliefs and are battling (and succeeding) over similar struggles. This is key… it’ll help you recognize you are not alone... and gain valuable insights about your own beliefs that you may never have realized.
7. Complete Your Quest. Some days have an extra magickal step for you to take outside your quiet time... like building your abundance altar or playing a money game. These are optional of course, but the more effort you put in during this special reprogramming time, the more you'll get out!
